Rebecca Jacklin serves as the Managing Director, Institutional Advisory Services, overseeing the firm’s suite of consulting services for endowments, foundations, non-profits, and governmental entities. Rebecca joined the firm and its Leadership Team in 2025 and has more than two decades of experience advising institutional clients and leading investment consulting practices.

Rebecca currently serves on the boards of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, the Ayres Foundation, and Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana. She also serves on the local organizing committee of the 2026 Men’s NCAA Final Four. During the course of her career, Rebecca has supported many organizations through board involvement, including United Way of Central Indiana, Bosma Enterprises, Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation, and NEXT Farm Initiative, Inc.

Prior to joining Goelzer, Rebecca served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Nonprofit Strategy for the Midwest at PNC Bank, with prior roles leading Institutional Asset Management and serving as a Senior Institutional Client Advisor. Prior to PNC, Rebecca served as an Investment Specialist and Advisor at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from DePauw University and with a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Rebecca is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and previously held FINRA Series 7,66, and 24 licenses. Rebecca has also completed the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Series, as well as OPTIONS, an educational program teaching community needs and philanthropy through Women’s Fund of Central Indiana.
