Goelzer Investment Management Selected as a Best Place to Work in Indiana Again in 2023

INDIANAPOLIS – Goelzer Investment Management, one of Indiana’s largest registered investment advisory firms, is proud to announce that it was named again as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana, an annual program created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This is the eighth time in nine years that Goelzer has been selected for this prestigious recognition.

Being selected again as a Best Place to Work in Indiana reaffirms that we are on the right track,” said Gregory W. The Best Places to Work in Indiana program is a statewide survey and awards program designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.

“We have many tremendous employers in the state, so it’s great to see more and more companies take part in this effort to evaluate their workplace cultures and gain the recognition they deserve,” said Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar. “These companies consistently demonstrate to their employees how much they value their contributions.”

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, and the second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Indiana, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
