Rebecca Jacklin Joins Goelzer as Managing Director of Institutional Advisory Services; Don Hutchinson Named Chief Growth Officer

Goelzer Investment Management, one of Indiana’s largest registered investment advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Rebecca W. Jacklin has joined the firm as Managing Director of Institutional Advisory Services, succeeding Donald J. Hutchinson, who has been appointed the firm’s Chief Growth Officer.

Rebecca has more than two decades of experience advising institutional clients and leading investment consulting practices. Most recently, she served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Nonprofit Strategy for the Midwest at PNC Bank, with prior roles leading Institutional Asset Management and serving as a Senior Institutional Client Advisor.  Prior to PNC, Rebecca served as an Investment Specialist and Advisor at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Rebecca brings a powerful combination of institutional expertise, leadership acumen, and community engagement as our newest leadership team member, institutional team leader, and consultant to our clients.

In his new role leading strategic growth, Don will spearhead collaborative efforts to better enable our private client advisors and institutional consultants to cultivate new client relationships in key growth segments. He will also enhance our talent attraction efforts, reinforcing Goelzer as the employer of choice for senior advisors and consultants with a client-first, growth mindset who enjoy positive collaboration with their team members. In addition to driving other strategic growth initiatives, Don will continue to advise select institutional and private clients, serve as a member of our leadership team, and help enhance our G•PRO Sports line of business.

Rebecca now leads our experienced team of senior institutional consultants and support staff who provide a premier suite of consulting services for endowments, foundations, non-profits, and governmental entities. After fifteen years under Don’s leadership, our Institutional Advisory Services team now advises on over $1.9 billion in assets under advisement.

In addition to their shared passion for institutional consulting, both Rebecca and Don share a commitment to the community. Rebecca currently serves on the boards of the Women’s Fund, the Ayres Foundation, and Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana. She also serves on the local organizing committee of the 2026 Men’s NCAA Final Four. Don serves on the board of USAV Foundation, and he is a Co-Founder of Indy Ignite, a Pro Volleyball Federation franchise. We strongly support such engagement as part of our corporate commitment to both give to and learn from those we serve.

With Rebecca’s leadership, our Institutional Advisory Services team is now stronger than ever, and we will take the next important steps to achieve an even higher level of service. And with Don leading strategic growth, we are poised to dramatically enhance our growth trajectory. Together, these exciting changes will enable us to reach new heights in serving the evolving needs of our clients, colleagues, and community.
