Michaela H. Crowdus

Michaela Crowdus is a Client Relationship Specialist at Goelzer Investment Management, where she supports the firm’s institutional clients in close coordination with Goelzer’s institutional consultants. She is focused on delivering a high level of client service while helping ensure operational efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy across client relationships.

Michaela brings nearly a decade of experience spanning client operations, onboarding, recruiting support, and customer service. Prior to joining Goelzer, she served as a Client Services Specialist at CBIZ, where she coordinated client documentation and onboarding workflows with a strong emphasis on organization and compliance. Earlier in her career, Michaela worked at Valeo Financial Advisors, where she managed onboarding processes, supported operational improvements, and trained team members on best practices and procedures.

Michaela earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University.
