Gregory W. Goelzer
Biography
Greg Goelzer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Goelzer Investment Management and is responsible for the firm’s strategic vision and culture. Greg joined the firm in 1981 and served in a variety of roles before becoming CEO in 2003.
Greg has served the National Association of Securities Dealers (FINRA), acting as a district committee member and serving as the past Chairman for two terms of the District 8 Committee of FINRA Regulations. He has also been involved in various roles within FINRA, including membership in the Regional Consultative Committee and the District 8 Nomination Committee.
Over his career, Greg has held leadership positions in community organizations, including the Metropolitan Indianapolis Public Media Board of Directors (which is the governing body of WFYI), the Eagle Creek Park Foundation, the Jordan YMCA, the Indiana Council for Economic Education, and the IUPUI Center for Economic Education. Greg currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of the American Piano Awards (APA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
