Heather A. Tilton

Heather Tilton serves as Director of Administration of Goelzer Investment Management, overseeing human resources, information technology, and vendor management. She joined the firm in 2003 and joined the Leadership Team in 2025.

Over her more than two decades at Goelzer, Heather has developed a deep understanding of our clients, colleagues, processes, regulatory requirements, and other aspects of our business as she advanced through roles in client services, portfolio operations, and IT management.

Heather is involved in many community engagement efforts, including her service on the board of directors of the Little Red Door Cancer Agency. Heather also gives her time to Gleaners, Day Nursery, and loves volunteering for Camptown each summer. Additionally, she is part of the Spondylitis Association of America and Rare Patient Voice.
